Marty is a Les Mills group fitness instructor

In November 2017, I celebrated 10 years as a Les Mills instructor, and shadowing the Les Mills Asia Pacific presenter team at the November quarterly workshops after earning Elite status at my Advanced Instructor Module training.

For those who know me, I'm a rather shy and quiet guy. I had never been involved in sports at school, and it wasn't until I started going to the gym in my Uni days that I actually found enjoyment in exercise, and that was in the form of group fitness classes.

My first love was BodyAttack, and my instructor suggested that I'd be the right fit to be an instructor - and six months later was rocking up to my first module training with Les Mills Asia Pacific to become a BodyAttack instructor.

Since then, I've become trained, certified and advanced educated in BodyBalance, BodyPump and Les Mills Tone (AIM 2 Elite), and teach at a number of clubs in Melbourne. I'm also trained, certified and advanced educated in BodyAttack, and Les Mills Core (formerly CXWORX).

Classes are run following all Victorian government health and safety requirements, including vaccination requirements, social distancing and cleaning of equipment before and after class.
