Yes, I'm an Attacker. Not just any Attacker, but a Les Mills Internationally Certified BodyAttack Instructor. I did my training in November 2007 on a steaming hot weekend in Adelaide (the start of summer) and have been teaching regular classes since mid-December 2007. You can find me at Goodlife Burnside most of the time, with the occasional cover at Mitcham and Modbury.
Apart from teaching the new releases as they come out (duh), I also love to mix it up and make some energising and dynamic mixes. And that's what you can find here - the tracklists to the different mixes I have made.
